Spreadsheet Health Check

Drop in the spreadsheet your business quietly runs on, and see in seconds whether it has become a risk - one person holding all the logic, errors hiding in plain sight, the point where it stops coping. It is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

What it checks

Key-person exposure - macros, hidden sheets, references no one can trace, formulas too complex to check by reading, hundreds of one-off formulas instead of a pattern, locked sheets, and a workbook that explains itself nowhere
Broken today - cells already showing errors, formulas held together by circular references, and automatic calculation switched off so the numbers on screen may be quietly out of date
Hidden fragility - a formula that breaks the pattern of the cells around it, a VAT rate typed into forty cells instead of one, secret links to other files, merged cells inside the data, and inputs nothing validates
Won't scale - a sheet copied per month or per client, the old .xls format, and workbooks near the point where Excel silently drops data

This check runs in your browser and needs JavaScript, which is switched off in yours. Enable it and reload, or talk it through with me and I will tell you what is fragile and what I would fix first.

Fifteen minutes will tell you if this fits

Bring the problem - the stalled pilot, the systems that do not talk, the manual process eating your team. You will get a straight answer on whether it is sprint-shaped, roughly what it would cost, and when it could be running.
